Castle Marne Bed and Breakfast

Printer-friendly version
Castle Marne was built in 1889 by William Lang for William Raymond, an investment banker. Less than two years later, he sold it for $40,000 because of financial difficulties. It changed hands several times. In 1918 Adele Van Cise purchased the home, and her son is the one attributed to naming it the Marne. Today the home is owned by the Peiker family and is operated as a bed and breakfast.
